This bold bag has a mustard yellow upholstery grade faux leather body and features a large woven patchwork panel in front. The weaving is all from the Looks Like Rain collection. This large purse has two slip pockets on the back, an adjustable crossbody strap and shoulder straps. There is also a recessed zipper top and key fob. The lining is cotton and also has two slip pockets inside.

This yellow fabric ❤️ I love that this purse was crafted with fabric from previous upholstery projects. Using what I have on hand when I can is meaningful to me. I also used smaller scrap woven pieces in a patchwork design to make a panel piece big enough for this design. I am always going to craft -- sometimes (and ever aiming for more often) that looks like using what I already have, or what I find thrifting and mending and repairing and reclaiming and making and mending anew.
